CITY COLLEGE OF SAN FRANCISCO UPDATED FACILITIES MASTER PLAN EIR

Sertior served as the CEQA lead in the preparation of the EIR for the Updated Facilities Master Plan for the City College of San Francisco. The CCSF facilities include the Main Campus, located on 50 Frida Kahlo Way, and 10 instructional and administrative satellite centers located throughout the City and County of Francisco.

ADDENDUM TO THE TERRACES OF LAFAYETTE EIR

Sertior served as the CEQA Lead for the preparation of the Addendum to the EIR of the long-term controversial project of Terraces of Lafayette in the City of Lafayette, California. The project included a multi street widening and improvement components. We assisted in defining the needed technical studies needed to update the EIR analysis or to address specific concerns of the community. This included an analysis of potential wildfire impacts and the development of a worse-case evacuation scenario in the event of a major emergency event. Following several lengthy hearing sessions, the CEQA analysis was found to be adequate by the majority of the decision makers and the project was consequently approved.

ONGOING PROJECTS

Fairplex Specific Plan.

Sertior is serving as the CEQA lead for the environmental review to the Fairplex Specific Plan in the City of Pomona. The Fairplex Specific Plan would be a policy document that will serve as a catalyst for future growth of the approximately 500-acre Fairplex site and establish the framework for mixed-use, transit-oriented, livable, economically vibrant, and pedestrian friendly areas within the Fairplex site boundaries.
